6 months old milestone is the perfect time for baby photos with the family. At this stage in their growth, babies are still small and cuddly and can already smile and sit. I loved planning the session Joanne who is the co-founder and producer of hand-crafted fine chairs Dowel Furniture. We wanted to capture Baby Owen’s cuteness at this age before the details fade into memory. I am glad Hottie, their 10-year-old family french bulldog, joined us for the family portraits.
Parents often want photographs of their baby but worry how they will look in the photos. My focus is to capture the essence of each family in a casual and intimate way. The people I photograph are not models, nor do they have any major experience in front of the camera. It is my job to direct you and capture your special moments in the most flattering way. When the weather is too cold or too hot, in-home sessions provide an extra cozy setting for portraits. All that is needed is your family, the love and connection you share and some good window light!
