Being a motherhood and family photographer is a privilege. I am fortunate to meet so many special souls and share in their stories. Sabrina and Justin’s motherhood and family photography story is one of love and hope. At beginning of their marriage, their eldest daughter Ella passed away from a heart defect at the age of only 17 days old. This tragedy brought pain and devastation that no parent should ever experience. However, Ella’s light continues to shine on in the hearts of her parents.
March of Dimes/ March for Babies
Sabrina and Justin made a vow to keep their daughter Ella’s memory alive by bringing awareness to this heart condition. They are giving every baby a fighting chance through the March of Dimes/ March for Babies. Sabrina & Justin continue to honor Ella’s memory along with their two younger daughters and many others who joined their cause.
CHD Awareness
I wanted to share their story in order to bring CHD awareness. Ella’s memory is a story of love, hope and advocacy. Sabrina and Justin organize a walk each year through the March of Dimes called Ella’s Fellas. All the proceeds going to support lifesaving research, education, services and advocacy so that every baby gets a healthy start. It was my pleasure and honor to photograph this motherhood session and I hope it gives inspiration and hope to other moms and families.
